1 st room they gave us was full of Mold on the ceiling , that was sicking !!! But hotel in renovating so lots of noise these days , free drinks was very apreciated from 4 to 5 pm. Hotel should be tip top shape soon

I booked a room for ocean view and ended up with semi ocean view. I don’t feel I should be charged for ocean view when I didn’t get a complete ocean view. Also the shower was not clean when we arrived. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay all together! The rooms were clean and ready, with a beautiful ocean view and great staff. My only complaint is that there was a cockroach in our bathroom (I get it, its Florida) and there weren't beach towels to use. We had to go buy some which isnt that big of a deal. Just something that we were unprepared for. We loved the happy hour and the beach location, and the boardwalk was about an hour walk along the beach. It was very enjoyable! Would definitely go again!

Staff was friendly, it was nice having a tiki bar by the pool and restaurant onsite. The food was good and reasonably priced. The a/c didn’t work very well and the “mini fridge” was actually a wine fridge that was off when we arrived to our room and never got cold even after 24 hours and leaked water all over our floor. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was no ice machine or vending machine. I couldn’t find a trash can to empty my trash anywhere and ended up having to go all the way out to the parking lot to find one. The hotel has two elevators and one was out of order so it was always a really long wait. The rooms were pretty clean and the view was great.

We have stayed here many times through the years and really like this hotel. We were not able to check in until 5 pm, our room was not ready. We did enjoy the cocktail hour while we waited for our room. Gwen was great, she was so nice, helpful and friendly. Gwen is a wonderful complement to your property. All of the front desk people were nice but Gwen was exceptional.
