I stayed in a suite w 2 queen beds. it is beautiful and clean. It had 2 televisions and 2 rooms with a full kitchen. Everything you need besides toothpaste. The breakfast was phenomenal staff was lovely. I don’t think I have anything negative to say! We loved it

My flight was canceled so I was unable to make it to Ohio. The hotel still charged me full price for my stay even though I explained my situation. They blamed it on Expedia and now Expedia is blaming it on them. Very poor customer service all the way around.

Great family stay. The suite style was excellent, and the location was perfect. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gym had just about everything we needed. The hotel is dated and could use a refresh, but everything was relatively clean.

Very nice room. First time having a small kitchen with full size fridge. Seating area outback was very homey feeling. Even has a gas firepit with lounge chairs all around it. Would atay here again.

We experienced a power outage due to storm activity that lasted more than 12 hrs. The staff still had a minimal breakfast for us. It wasn’t their fault and the regular breakfast is very good. The only thing that we found unpleasant was the layout of the room. If you both are not getting up at same time, the sink and closet area is next to the bed with no way to mitigate the lights. The room was nice and comfy and clean.

This first thing I saw I the bathroom was a silverfish bug, No bible available in the room. The first morning I had breakfast I attempted to make a waffle and as the batter was dispensing 2 dried up clumps dried batter fell into the cup. The gentleman waiting behind me did tell one the attendants. I paid a total of $204.00 for this room and I could have stayed at another hotel for less that was cleaned properly, such as the Garden Inn. Very disappointed.
