Pleasant surprise
We found the room clean and inviting. There seemed to be several places to plug in things. The bed was comfortable and clean. We went near Halloween so they had festive decor in the lobby/dining area. It’s not really a complaint but just found it different that they didn’t have like hand soap for the bathroom but they supplied body wash shampoo conditioner so you can use the body wash if need be. There’s a mini golf area and fire pit right outside and it’s just minutes from Canaan Valley Resort. We would stay again.

This hotel was better than my expectations in the location it is in. It also was very celebratory with the Fall theme all around the hotel. All the facilities inside the room are very modern. Liked our stay.

We really like this inn. The staff was very helpful and changed our room to accommodate my niece who could not climb stairs. I would like to suggest that the inn could provide at least 1 luggage cart for the convenience of guests. It had a very inviting ambience.

The place is great and well maintained. The room I had was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Being located in a national forest contributes to it being very peaceful and quiet. I was also there at the perfect time for the colorful leaf change. The beauty of the area is fantastic. The only downside was the walls are very thin. You can plainly hear the conversations and television of other guests. Other than that, its a great place for a quiet getaway.
