Arrived to the hotel at check in time, we got our room and we went in. Come to find out our room wasnt ready. It hadnt been cleaned at all. There was trash everywhere and no beds had been made up. Leftover beer cans and garbage all around the room. The bathroom looked like someone had gotten sick in there. They told us that it would be a little while and they would get ahold of us when it was ready, they never contacted us. We returned after about two and a half hours and the room still looked exactly the same, it hadn't been touched. They offered to put us in another room and that room was also dirty. Stained up sheets and the bathroom was dirty too. Ridiculous to get that run around only to be put into another bad room. Very disappointed with how the experience went.

Awful, dirty and to be avoided
Check in was fine. It's all down hill from there. We were late to the hotel so just wanted to sleep. The room including the bedding was not clean. The bathroom had layers of dust, had possibly never been cleaned thoroughly. The laughable bath towels would be better put to use as scouring pads ... About the same size and roughness. Breakfast was a joke do ignored it, left and will never go back. There's more but you get the drift.

At breakfast I saw the first automatic pancake maker. I have seen do it yourself waffles and their resultant messes, but this machine was fast and efficient. With NO mess. We will return in January.

It looked like there were body fluids on one of the beds. The soap rack in the bathroom was filthy. I was too tired and already unpacked to make a change as i had a funeral the next morning. Ive stayed here before and it was fine. This time it was disgusting. Will never even consider this place when in town.

My new favorite place!
Check in was smooth and fast, the front desk attendant was kind and friendly. The room is very large, comfy bed. I particularly appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave. The hot water was wonderful in the shower. Everything was good even the internet. I am very impressed! My only complaint would be the rough, small bath towels. The decor of the room especially the paintings on the wall are stunningly beautiful. I really didn't want to leave!!
