$6 Addon charge for something they couldn't explain. It appears they addon a $1.50 a nite for all Customers. This is the second time in the last year that I was charges these bogus fees just to pad the greedy pockets of the owners. How can you charge a fee without providing a service to collect this fee. Most Customers don't review the check-in bill and miss this unhanded charge for service never provided. Reporting to my credit card and expedia, they sort this out.

It was clean, but dated. Tv was small, pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable, top lock was broken, not a lot of breakfast options, but with the price we paid, what can you expect. Would not want to spend more than one night at a time in this hotel.

Absolutely zero stars if I could give 0. I arrived to the hotel around 843, checked in. My kids were anxious to get to the pool, we went for 5 minutes as it was freezing cold and they couldn't stand it. We got back to our room and I sent my daughter in to shower. Then proceeded to find red smudges and stains on the bedding, black marks/stains on the pillow, hair in my bed. I went to the front desk and the gentleman didn't want to help me in any way. I told him I wanted to check out as my room was filthy. He asked no further questions other than the room number then said you're all set. Now they are refusing any refund because I "didn't complain" well you can't when your staff has no desire to help! I then called the next day and asked to speak to a manager, the same gentleman was still working and hung up on me.
