The worst service...

Paid in cash, told up front it would be a $100 cash security deposit for paying with cash. I paid this no problem. The bathroom showerhead was barely attached to the wall, two different towels had holes worn in them. Upon checkout, the guy at the desk wouldn't give me my $100 deposit back, stating he needed 5 minutes to get the okay. He opened the cash drawer twice, I saw the two $100 bills I gave the guy the night before. He made multiple phone calls and still wouldn't give me my money. After twenty minutes someone else showed up barely dressed and made yet another phone call before finally, reluctantly giving me my money back.

Weekend visit to the grandkids

Booked 2 rooms to go visit my Grandkids & they both were Good... They booth were clean & the beds were comfortable and the AC was working great, the TVs could have been a little bigger and modern but they work good and were functional, overall had a great state

Not sure I’d stay again

It seemed there might have been a lot of foot traffic passing through from one end of the hotel to the other. Which made me not feel super safe. The beds were really comfortable and the room was really clean. But I was woke up at 2 am by an awful smell that made me sick to my stomach. It smelled like really burnt popcorn or something. It was awful. Needless to say I didn’t sleep much after that. When I woke the last time from one of my short dozes around 7 am the smell seemed to have dissipated. Idk what in the world it could have been. All I know is it was awful smell. The breakfast was adequate. Waffle machine, instant oatmeal. Fresh whole apples. Bagels and pastries. And of course coffee and juice. Not sure if I would stay here again. I wish I had asked if the doors on each entrance were locked and monitored at night. Then I may have felt safer.

When my son and his girlfriend got to the hotel to stay there because their air conditioner went out the person working and refused to let them check in so I would really like it if you would refund my money because I’m not paying for a hotel room that my son was refused to get into

Staff was super friendly and helpful even with my wild party of kids I had with me. Breakfast was very good with the selection of pastries and muffins. We all loved the pool and spa, which had the clearest water I have seen in a hotel in a long time. Would recommend and will be staying again!

Although the parking was a small issue, as the parking lot is very tight, the room was clean and so quiet which is just what my husband and I needed after traveling all day.
