Sonny Daze is a 5 bedroom Gulf-view beach house with a private, heated pool and a second floor Game Room with a Gulf-view balcony. Sonny Daze has 2 Master suites (one on the main level, and the second upstairs) and one of the best views of any home on the Island. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story beach house is nearly ready! It has a unique Gulf-view dipping pool; with benches along the sides, so you can sit in the pool and enjoy the great Gulf of Mexico views! There is a cozy second-floor Game Room with foosball, and a door to access a 160 sq foot Gulf-view balcony. Additional Ice-maker located in the pantry. This home has a great Gulf of Mexico beach location! There is one house ahead to the left and right, but the house is angled to as to provide an excellent Gulf view for this home. Pool is heated October thru April, at no additional charge.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.

Spring Break 2023
This house was great for our large family's (14 people) Spring Break. Loved being able to walk out to the beach. Nice having private heated pool. The air conditioner did not work when we arrived but they sent someone over first thing the next morning and fixed it. Great communication! The cleaning crew could do a better job, just simple little things that should be obvious(we just cleaned house ourselves!). A few beds need replaced but the others are very comfortable! The internet is not the greatest so tv doesn't always work. Very well stocked kitchen. Overall a fantastic house for a beach getaway!

Great vacation! Check-in and check-out was easy. Problems with the air-conditioning, but rapidly addressed by management. Significant mold in upstairs bathroom was a problem for some in our group. But, overall, the vacation was a great success and enjoyed by all. (Long way to a grocery store, but uncrowded beaches and fine sand were what we wanted. Swimming pool was great too!)

When we arrived pool water was green with algae. Able to clear up but no pool service or maintenance personnel ever came by to clean. Outside deck area had not been cleaned or straighten up.

SONNY DAZE - 6/2022 - NEW FAVORITE!!
Just left Dauphin Island this morning. From the start; finding, booking, checkin and checkout a breeze. There was plenty of space that the 10 of there did not feel on top of each other. Cooking in the kitchen, spacious and well equipped. Sugguestion: some slide curtains on wall by dinning room table. Though view is wonderful, sun very bright when eating at table. After morning sun, no problem. Our family enjoyed going to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel like we had to be down early in morning to save a spot by water. We took the Ferry over to Gulf Shores for a short day trip. Pleasant ride. Once over there ready to come back to the peace and quiet of Sonny Daze! We will definitely return. Our family is growing and can see us making future vacation memories here!! Thanks so much! Sincerely DB

The experience was easy and the management was great in responding to our questions in a timely manner. They kept us informed daily prior to our arrival regarding the weather and the forecast of a storm that bypassed us luckily!

We enjoyed our time greatly!! Loved the heated pool!! Location was fantastic. Decorated very nice. The layout of the house was great Way more good than bad. Here are a few things that could rate our stay a 5.... internet didn’t work for the last two days AT ALL!!! there was dog hair on pillows Corners chewed on Couch pillows Washing machine was nasty with grime Baseboards are covered in dust/ dog hair Sticky kitchen sill Faucets are loose in bathrooms Light fixture in kitchen was filthy! Oven door doesn’t close all the way 4 Light bulbs needed to be installed No direct tv box in bunk area. Motion sensor lights/cameras need to be installed in car parking area. Our car had an attempted break in on Wed night. The police were dispatched. Pool person came by without notice and was in our pool area unannounced and without permission. Not cool at all. Why were they there?? They didn’t do anything but take a pool water sample. No cleaning etc. Please let me know your feedback on this issues. Thank you!!

Perfect Private Stay during Covid-19
We were looking for a private place on the beach with a pool for our family, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This house perfectly met all of our needs. It is a beautiful home in a great location. We came and stayed at the house the entire time- no leaving to go out to eat or anywhere else. We really enjoyed our time. The only negatives were that there were no dish towels to wash and dry dishes and several of the dishes were not clean. We guess this is due to the efficiency of the dishwasher. Otherwise, we had an exceptional stay.

Slight, slight issues but guess what? Adam was on top, had it attended & completed with care! I recommend this place to everyone, just not on the dates we are booked.... lol. It was perfect
We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities. The grill worked great and they had a tank of gas for us to use. We had plenty towels, they also had a few pool towels. The pool was nice and warm. The place is beautiful. It could have been cleaner but not terrible just under the couch needs vacuuming and it was a little Sandy in some places but you can’t help much of that since it is the beach... we had a great time and it was so easy to reach management if needed they were just a call away. We will definitely have to come back to stay.

Great vacation!
