Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and commercial size Ice Machine (250 lbs. storage and 360 lbs. of ice made per day!!). Free wifi internet & 4 large Smart TVs. Huge screened-in deck off living room with covered area and two outdoor showers downstairs. Plenty of chairs and lounges on the decks along with gas grill. In ground adjustable basketball goal out front.
The private pier is 150 ft long with a lower dock at the end to crab, fish, swim, and dock your boat. Pole holders are mounted everywhere. Super bright lights for night fishing.
Bedrooms: King, King, Full + Twin Bunkbed, 2 Twin Bunkbeds. All bedrooms have large walk-in closet.
Luxurious upstairs private master suite has its own living room, huge walk in shower, and private deck overlooking the Sound.
The second Master bedroom is on the main level and has a King bed, TV, and private full bath.
Also on the main level are two more spacious bedrooms. One with a Full and Twin Bunkbed. The other has a pair of Twin bunkbeds. Between them is a large bathroom with double vanities and separated (by doors) toilet and shower rooms.
This is a great spot on the Island where you can see dolphins, foxes, herons, pelicans, osprey, all the sea life, and more without ever leaving the property.
Turnover Day is typically Saturday: The vast majority of rentals on this island are weekly with check-in/check-out on Saturdays. In order to avoid interruption of the norm (and avoid turning our calendar into a jigsaw puzzle), we may choose not to accept short stays or reservations that don't begin or end on a Saturday.
