good location off 84, but ok hotel
Good location off of 84, ok hotel. Customer service not great: man on phone was rude when asked about an early check in, kind lady at desk was the only one working and took awhile to check in (not early!).Room was ok: heater/ac/fan was loud & inefficient making room stuffy and also a dirty medical glove was left on lid of toilet. The breakfast was ok, but not worth paying $14.99 per person as a hotel guest. Was here for a family wedding so probably wouldn't stay here again when visiting CT.

Our toilet didn’t flush without taking the top of the basin off and pull the lever. Called for service and no one showed. No soap. Our suite was reassigned without notice to a king bed room. I would offer another blanket. Will not stay again. Understand renovations but seriously bad experience. Employees were great.

Hotel is located right off the parkway. There's plenty of parking. Rooms are a bit dated and need refreshing. Bathroom specially needs exhaust fan, better caulking around tub and replacement of plumbing pipes. Tub Lever was hard to pull because it was super rusty. Also, tub felt very slippery. Not a good feature for guests over 60 who may have a problem with keeping balance while showering. Front desk staff super friendly as well as room service crew.

Cuando llegue para el check in realmente la forma en la que te reciben es horrible ..son rudos .. !!!me dieron un cuarto con el baño malogrado, los muebles del cuarto manchados y sucios , el cuarto realmente mal oliente, las camas en muy mal estado , la alfombra tanto del cuarto como de los correderos absolutamente sucios , es realmente desagradable, el BAŃO deja mucho que desear.. se nota la limpieza a medias.. ,pagas por desayuno incluido y después te dicen que eso NO está incluido ,cobran 16 dólares por un desayuno horrible !! , hacen “limpieza” cada 3 días supuestamente por ayudar a la “ecología” pero todos los grifos del BAŃO tanto ducha como toilet pierden agua !! .. busque hoteles en la zona .. y el único que pude encontrar libre fue el ETHAN ALLEN y ahora entiendo el porqué ..NO DEBERÍA ESTAR COMO “HOTEL” la verdad

The night crew was GREAT. The morning crew not so much. The front desk should know the name of the diner down the road ( Mill Plain Diner ) for out of state guests who don’t know the area. Also with the do not disturb sign on my door housekeeping still tried to get into my room / this was very scary - No knock no notice - just unlocked the door
