Met a fantastic lady at the front desk which provided me with all the essentials I needed. I got to my room and it was well presented. The TV didn’t work. I couldn’t get an answer as to why?..When I took a shower there was a puddle of water in the floor outside the door. It was also not very clean...Only 2 towels In my room. The unit in the room super nosey..I live in this town. Hope we can represent a little better! Especially for what I paid for the room..

Multiple high taxes staying in this location. Breakfast doesn't have lots of choices. As a Hilton honors member, didn't receive any welcome bag from this location.

Rooms need microwaves, closets Our bathroom mirror had no hand soap, so called for some. Bathroom mirror only had one set of lights working on the left side Lightning in room by two desk lights and one corner skinny lamp Lobby was nice and inviting, breakfast area was accommodating

Room was small, but clean, thoughtfully furnished. Breakfast was fine. Lost a star because the heater/thermostat didn't work and had to run AC to keep the unit from clunking all night. We didn't call the desk, so maybe they would have moved us or fixed it if we'd have asked
