Property owned by very nice people. Clean and safe. Off the expressway so very quiet. 5 minute walk to restaurant and Circle K gas station. Safe, quiet neighborhood to walk our dog. Clean, well maintained pool and rooms. Best motel we've stayed in in a long time.

It does say breakfast included but definitely would not call it breakfast. There was rarely anyone at the desk. The bedding was dirty especially the mattress pads but the bathroom was clean and they brought towels every day. The area felt safe and for the price i enjoyed the pool each evening.

Needs some work

I arrived to a locked lobby and had to call by phone to get someone to come check me in. The room was about 90 degrees when i walked in. The A/C was off and the thermostat was set to low heat. The room was nothing special and so i wanted to watch tv but i coud not because it was cloudy and sprinkling outaide and the hotel used directv. None of the channels would work and so i decided to take a shower and go to bed. The water pressure was pretty average and the bathroom was clean. Oh, but the toulet paper holder came completely out of the counter it was mounted on and i mean the whole fixture. The bed was comfortable and i would have probably slept well had it not been for being able to hear everything in the hall from conversations to doors shutting. If I had not just needed a room very quickly i would not have even been there but it had an excellent rating on hotels.com and i can not figure out why. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless there is no other choice
