This hotel is a great location. Staff is amazing. Staff is amazing. Yes, they are. Now, the food wasn’t good at all. The pictures look great but the actual food is gross. The chicken sandwich was dry the meat not seasoned. Breakfast 15 very basic food and just ok. Nothing I’d eat again. I’m happy there an other places to eat in the area.

Given the room opposite the elevator. Hotel did not seem full from parking lot. Tiny sink w mirror too close in bathroom. Awkward and messy. Great shower, comfy bed.

So the place was great the room is great the only minor issue is the bathroom facilities such as the sink when brushing ur teeth or washing face u have to be careful because when u dip ur head towards the sink u might hit urself on the mirror

Comfortable and easy to enjoy. The pool area is relaxing. The photos almost make the pool look like a good lap pool. It’s not. That’s ok for me since that wasn’t my goal. It’s a nice plunge pool and the are around it is nice for entertainment

We've stayed here several times! It's always a great experience. The front desk is always nice, wiling to work with you regarding any issues, great customer service! The location is great for the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Grapevine along with surrounding areas for entertainment, shopping, and golf courses.
