If you have allergies...don't stay here.
My family and I stayed 12/17-12/19. The first room was riddled with mildew and the smell of smoke as soon as we walked in. We requested to change rooms. The next room was better. However, the carpet was wet the whole time and also mildewy. This is a beautiful building but much older. In need of mole/mildew treatment for sure. The hot tub was cold and the pool was warm. We have stayed before at many Embassy's and the evening reception has always been some type of heavy Hors d'oeuvres. At this embassy suites...it's toddler snacks (goldfish crackers and fruit). So plan to eat at the restaurant or order in for dinner. The airport shuttle service was great.

The ac didn't work in the room and told front desk who said they would have it looked at. Still didn't sleep good without ac. And most of the outlets didn't work in the room either. Stayed there before without a problem. Kinda disappointed in this stay going to shop around next trip

Horrible!!!Christmas Getaway experience!!!
The room that we were first checked into the room smelled!! The sheets, and towels were dingy looking!!! The bathtub did not properly drain. Then, to add to the chaos our vehicle was burglarized during the night while we were asleep!!!! We made a police report, and was also told, “ the break ins were very common there, and when we asked for security camera footage. We were told, “They do NOT have security cameras there!!! However, there was a guy there “dressed in a security officer uniform who came, and made sure everyone was out of the swimming pool area by 11:00pm.” Yet, they even told us “the hotel does NOT have any security guards on the property.” I, personally feel like we should have been accommodated, or refunded for our second night instead of staying the next night. We also figured out that the thief popped, and broke the lock on the very back window of our suburban. The glass itself was not broke. The only good thing about this experience was the pool, and hot tub temps were on point!!

This is a dated hotel but I liked the decor and architecture. Not cookie-cutter modern plain decor. There was a mix of decor styles which made the building interesting. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had dinner at Urban Craft 3 times and it was so good and yummy. Surprising for a hotel restaurant. Maritza was our server and she did a fantastic job, was a joy to be around. We had a great mini-vacation.
