We have been there 3 or 4 times to stay days and loved but our experience but this time very bad. our room 223 needed new mattress You do know they have to be replaced. My husband had to sleep in a chair and he has had a broken pelvis, and your casino payoffs are terrible. They weren't like that before 1.25 and you win 10 cents shame shame. We will not be coming backi.

Beautiful property on the lake rooms look like they were newly renovated property was very clean Our only complaint was that there were no wine glasses in one of the restaurants and wine was served in small plastic cups

Interior was not impressive but the outdoor area were top notch. Multiple fire tables and private seating areas around the lake. Perfect picturesque trees with fall colors reflecting over the water.

Went for a 28th wedding anniversary great staff had a good time just disappointed in the room I would just think for $350 a night it would be a little cleaner shower was dirty and bathroom floor was not clean and a little disappointed in the Lakeside Grill food was not quite as expected

Stayed for a much needed girls weekend and we honestly loved it! Food was AMAZING! Did not have one bad meal! Would love to come back for another visit and maybe bring the kids. The only thing that would be a negative is the resort seems understaffed and overwhelmed. This place stays busy and sometimes it takes long to be served. We arrived Friday night and waited almost an hour for a table at the LakeSide Grille. We didn’t totally mind because we were able to enjoy drinks at the bar but that would be the only negative thing I have to say.

We liked the friendliness of the staff and the many amenities available at this location. There are several restaurants, you can hike, gamble in the casino, or take it easy with a drink at one of several bars. Something there for every mood.

This was the most unfriendly hotel where I’ve ever stayed. The parking lot and the area surrounding the property have loud speakers blaring party music from lightpoles and even from rocks. That‘s a shame because it‘s a beautiful natural area on a lake nestled in mountains. We set up for a family happy hour outside around a firepit. An employee, observing us on the cameras located everywhere, hurried up and told us that we couldn’t bring liquor on the property and had to take it to the car. He followed me to the lobby door and watched me go to my car. The bed felt like a board. We couldn‘t sleep anyway because we had a choice between having the window open with HVACs screeching below us or loud air conditioning going off and on. The door provided a night light because there was a crack all around it with light and sounds going out and coming in. Never again. We far more enjoyed the campground next door where we slept in the back of our car on a spacious site surrounded by trees on the lake.
