Staff was not accommodating, most were unfriendly and displayed a poor presentation of hotel customer service. Definitely not a kid friendly hotel. I do not recommend staying here if you’re bringing your whole family. The hotel is decent enough, if you’re staying for just a few nights to gamble & party in the small casino. Also, there’s no microwave in the rooms to reheat food or make a quick snack. There are no vending machines with snacks, chips, sodas or water. All that must be purchased in the lobby, at the very limited over priced snack market bar. We will not be returning to this hotel, and I would not recommend it. The downtown area seems to be more our area, especially since we came for the Christmas activities and Polar Express Train. So if you’re bringing the kids at Christmas, choose a different hotel.

I always like getting a room on the casino level, so I can go play the slots as soon as my child goes to sleep and it's easier for her dad to take care of her.

The staff was so friendly!! Nice clean place. Went for a quick girls trip for my birthday and they even surprised us with cake delivered to the room. Rooms were clean and beds were cozy :)

I have always loved the surroundings at this resort. Such a beautiful area. However, the resort itself has declined. Frayed towels, lack of cleanliness, hot tub with no jets operating, flaking paint and more. Staff very friendly and helpful for the most part but waitstaff seemed overtaxed causing back ups in delivery. Good management attention is needed to restore this resort to a place worth the prices charged.
