Great place to scallop!
Absolutely great place to scallop! Location was awesome and convenient. The boat ramp is a bit tight. If you go with just two people both need to know how to launch the boat and get the truck and trailer back. The neighborhood is tight so be accurate. The owners were amazing and checked in with us prior and post stay. Will definitely go back!

Disappointing with descriptions
Place was listed with boat ramp, but there was no dock or place to tie your boat up when using the ramp, and it could use some work. Also, description said you could keep your boat in the cove nearby, and it had rocks, and was mucky. So, it turned out unusable for us.

This property and host was one of the best rentals of all time! The house is gorgeous and full of anything you could need from shampoo and conditioner, to kayaks and paddle boards. Swimming with manatees was just the icing on the cake! My family and I will 100% be back!!!

Our stay was awesome. The property was very clean and relaxing. Nadeene was very accommodating to making sure you had everything you needed. We came to scallop and the boat ramp was a plus. Being so close to the springs made in nice to take the grandkids for a swim. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks for making our family vacation wonderful 🚤🐬🦀🐫🧜‍♀️

Perfect location and great house
The house is located between the springs and monkey island. Great location to head out for scalloping. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We had a group of 6 and had plenty of room. Nadeene was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Manatee getaway
This rental was just what we wanted, near the manatees, plenty of water toys and water access, and close to lots of restaurants. It has many extras too, like bikes and yards games, and a large washer and dryer. They have truly thought of everything! We would definitely stay again!

Our trip was cut a tad short however, Nadeene was amazingly helpful and responsive. The Upper Deck is a beautifully quaint getaway with a maritime theme that will take your breath away. The house was completely prepared for my family, to include the kitchen. I cooked a big breakfast and the kids sat around the tiki bar to eat. We literally needed nothing but the food we ate. Thanks Nadeene!

Swimming with the manatees
I booked this house because it was water accessible and it came with kayaks for our enjoyment. The highlight was kayaking amongst a large pod of manatees! We were pleasantly surprised with a delightfully decorated house inside and out. Flowers were adorned on the dining table and a welcoming sign greeted us. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching boats and other kayakers paddle by. I have a need for walking and there is an RV park nearby and I was able to get my 10 thousand steps in each day. There are delicious restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. The owner was in touch in case of needs, however we were enjoying our stay without any issues. Thanks for your hospitality

Wonderful property right on the river with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay.
We had a great time at the Upper Deck. It was perfect for our family of five. We really appreciated all of the little extras Nadeene left for us and providing us with an extra kayak. We'd definitely stay here again.
