Alma at the front desk was amazing. Being tired, de-hydrated and missing home comforts, this hotel was able to offer everything to me. Alma made me right at home and helped me more than I expected. A highlight of my trip.

Clean and comfortable. AC worked well and the shower was warm with good pressure. Friendly staff. The included breakfast was actually pretty good as well. My only complaint is that the bedside USB charging station did not work, a very minor inconvenience.

The best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at (and Holiday Inn Express is by far my favorite chain, so...). I screwed up my reservation (totally my fault) but staff and mgr bent over backwards to fix me up in a VERY booked situation.

Hotel was impeccably clean! Also we were super impressed with the friendly and professional lady at check in!! She takes great pride in her hospitality skills and is super welcoming! She is an asset to your hotel! She would honestly be an ideal trainer in the hospitality industry! I believe her name was Tatum! I also had a conversation with a gentleman named Marc who also worked there, he was helpful and friendly as well!! This management obviously can pick great employees! Customer service has gone WAY DOWN in recent years, but is ALIVE and THRIVING at your hotel!! Thank you!!! Ps. Breakfast was pretty good, pancake machine was so cool!!! (In all of our travels, we hadn’t ever seen that!) 😊
