Everything was good except for the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. I suffer from chronic pain and didn’t get much sleep due to the lack of padding on the beds.

Florida Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were there for a month. The house had been completely remodeled and was fairly equipped with items needed for a month stay. All appliances were new and worked well. Located. In a good area for biking and walking which we did daily. We played golf at several courses in the area. I only have two complaints. The floor , new vinyl plank, was very dirty and we had to sweep and mop. It had not been cleaned before we arrived. The couch and chair in the living room garage sale variety and the flat screen tv was old and did not have a good picture. I was concerned about the WiFi before arriving but it worked very well. Overall the house was well suited for us. Just needs cleaning between stays.

Nice location with all the amenities!

House is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access Rainbow Springs and Kings Bay - Three Sisters Springs. Ocala National Forest is only an hour and twenty minutes away also to get to more Springs. The house has nice upgrades with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer. Furniture is outdated, but in true Florida historic fashion, its all you need. House was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has basic pots/pans, crockpot, utensils. Overall we had a great stay and it is a nice place!

No it was not what I expected not what IHoping for

Well first off they were bugs everywhere including in the bed. We could not get onto the Internet the Wi-Fi the password we were given was not correct, they threw in one upper case letter which threw you off and then when you try to do it again it didn’t work? Then when I tried to talk to the property manager she got very defensive as if she owns the property did not take constructive criticism well,She informed me that some families bring the bugs into the house and yet told me in the next breath that I was the only person that it stayed there thus far.So naturally I took that as an insult. The back patio roof With the picture on the Internet it was leaking in several spots so we were unable to use that area not to mention it’s smelled like mildew.The beds were so uncomfortable that we didn’t sleep for two nights straight we even contemplated going to a hotel. And the house has well water.So on top of it all we smell like eggs/sulfur
