This property is a mix of “Old Florida & New” . . . Well maintained, convenient to Hwy 19 and parts are right on Kings Bay, creating a launching pad for plenty of water activities from sunset cruises, nature/manatee excursions, scuba diving, fishing and scalloping (in season) and if grabbing a tan is the endgame a nice pools adjacent to the Tiki Bar is waiting for you. New construction is underway to add more options for fun. We will return.

Nice waterfront location, walkable to restaurants, convenient to boating activities and local attractions. We really enjoyed the waterfront patio in the evenings, and having the tilki bar and grill was convenient. The room was just ok, could have felt cleaner. Staff all very friendly.

Wonderful!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff is exceptional from the desk, cleaning and grounds. Loved being able to sit outside in the evenings, listen to music and relax. Awesome place to stay!
