Hotel was clean and quiet. Close to everything in Crown Point, Indiana. Indoor pool was warm and relaxing with jacuzzi like jets on two sides of the square pool. Breakfast was a higher level with real eggs and great smoked polish sausage.

Had 2 rooms for family and Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping at all. TV did not work and couldn’t find anyone at front desk to help for over half hour.

I was a nice room, and the staff was so hospitable, kind, and caring. There is a persistent hum with all of the air-conditioning units, which I know cannot be avoided, but it is rather stressful for us light sleepers. Could use some updated carpets in the rooms but other than that the rooms are perfect. Beds are comfortable. Very attentive staff. Thank you for a very, very pleasant day.

We have stayed here before with no issues. Clean, staff great, great location. We did have a couple issues this time. We were told upon check in that we would only receive housekeeping every other day. On day two, no services provided. I had to call the front desk for new towels. I was told I would have to come to the front day to get replacements because housekeeping left for the day . I was told “for future reference “ catch the cleaning crew in the hall when o needed replacements or my garbage picked up
