This charming 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom townhouse is located in the heart of Crested Butte. The shuttle bus is at your doorstep, and you are two blocks from all the shopping and downtown restaurants. Enjoy your relaxing vacation in this adorable townhouse featuring a stair accessible loft with a small desk area, and a Jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bathroom. The owners have recently added new furniture in the living room along with a fireplace cabinet that gives the perfect ambiance to unwind after your day adventuring in the mountains. There are new vanities and light fixtures throughout the home giving it a wonderful relaxing feel. The house may accommodate people 6. There is a nice patio area in the front of the house for guest use!

This property can be rented out together with the other side of the duplex, making the total bedrooms 6. Please reach out with any questions you may have.

Summer fun!
Enjoyed our week at cb with two adults and three teens. Ample parking on property for our suv and trailer carrying two dirt bikes. Each teen had their own sleeping space between one full bedroom, one queen bedroom and another bed option in the upstairs loft. Property is just two blocks away from camp 4 coffee and elk. Never needed a car to drive to town. Could walk to paradise for breakfast and ace hardware and the grocery store! We will definitely return.

Winter wonderland
We had a great stay this spring break. Weather and snow were fantastic, didn’t have a bad meal in the local restaurants and the shuttle to the ski resort was outside the doorstep.

Perfect little spot
When you go to crested butte you always want to stay downtown, but the housing options are very limited and the buildings tend to be older. We found this great spot with charming details and updated bathrooms and kitchen. It was a three bedroom home but we only used one bedroom. I would not recommend for groups larger than four because there’s only two full bathrooms and one is upstairs where there are no bedrooms. The host was amazing, communication was great and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely recommend this house and we will be back.

Great location, but no snow removal.
There was a lot of snow during our stay which was great for skiing, but it wasn't cleared very well through out our stay. On our arrival, there was so much snow on the path to the front door, we had to shimmy in. I actually ended up hurting myself pretty bad walking on the sidewalks in crested butte, and we had to call to have someone come over and remove more of the snow. There also wasn't a snow shovel for us to use on our own.... Hopefully they will fix this in the future!
