My stay was great, the staff was exceptional. Enjoyed the gym, hot tub and pool during my stay. I was here for the Ark Encounter, and the location was convenient to the Ark.

Checked in, TV service wasn't working. Hotel staff came up immediately to fix & reset direct TV box, hot tub wasn't working, cold, no bubbles, the next day they closed the hot tub. Other than that our stay was nice, comfortable, great staff, good breakfast. And awesome hotel next door with the best steak & servers ever.

The front desk clerk, Joyce was awesome! Very friendly, very resourceful, and very understanding. We were very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working because that was one of the main reasons we booked there. We could have easily hone to a cheaper motel. Our room was right by the pool so it felt damp but was clean and comfortable.

Best pull out couch

Really nice, clean hotel. The best part was the pull out couch had a really comfortable mattress! I’ve been sleeping on pull out couches at most hotels with my toddler and some are just horrible. This one was more like a foam mattress vs. the normal “in your back springs” type of mattresses. Good breakfast too. We were happy
