Old building, front desk was a tiny office that was not handicapped accessible to the rest of the building. You have to enter through the rear to get to the elevators. Very dated and not unkept. Needs a major overhaul. Was disappointed with a 9 star rating that they refused to refund our money when we immediately refused to stay once we saw the room. I understand the room was non-refundable but that should have been if it was my fault. They grossly misrepresented their hotel and it did not meet anywhere near the rating it showed on the websites. They must be deleting bad reviews and padding good reviews with staff. Very sad, do not go here!!

We loved that the room had a kitchenette! It was stocked with all the necessary utensils, towels and dish scrubbers. My only complaint is that I'm not sure if housekeeping is ever quality controlled. There were some scuffs on one of the walls and a paper towel stuffed into a ceiling fire sprinkler head. Like maybe it had leaked at some point. Not a deal breaker by any means! I would stay there again in a heart beat!

From check in to check out Ashley Quarters Hotel was awesome. Super welcoming staff, clean room, good breakfast provided. Everything was just amazing!! 10/10, 5/5, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if you ever staying in or around Cincinnati definitely give this place a look. Not a major hotel but treats you better than them anyday. If you ask me it’s a hidden gem!! Would definitely stay here again with no questions asked!!

Fabulous bed!
Had a great visit overall. Having a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, silverware and cookware was really nice so we didn't have to go out and spend money at a restaurant. The bed was excellent (not too soft and not too hard with no dips) and the shower was new-looking and modern with great water pressure. The bathroom and linens were spotless. Some of the silverware wasn't perfectly clean and a non-stick skillet would be a great addition as the stainless steel pan was difficult to cook with but this did not detract from our overall experience. Michelle at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the expected continental breakfast and was just fine for our needs. Would happily stay here again!
