DO NOT BOOK - This property is Fraud!
Absolutely the worst experience and we didn’t even get to stay!! The host cancelled our reservation 2hrs prior to check in - our reservation was made months in advance and paid in full...she didn’t even let us know. I discovered the cancellation after I was trying to reach out to her/host about the check in process! Then she lied about why she canceled...then when I told her that this was awful and unacceptable customer service she stated I was harassing her because I called to find out why she canceled then she hung up on me. All of this after lying, stating that the property couldnt be cleaned in time due to my booking being last min, which it wasn’t....VRBO and local authorities told me it was fraud and this has happened to others, sane host and the same property. BEWARE!!!

The property manager was impossible to get in touch with! The property looked NOTHING like the pictures & the stay was cancelled at 10 pm the at night after we had already gotten there❗️ I’ll never book again with Crystal
