Staff was incredibly NOT friendly. When we checked in our room wreaked like cigarettes and lady at front desk says theres no other rooms. Would not recommend this place sucks.

I travel to Council Bluffs often and this is a great low cost, convenient option. There is a free breakfast and Uber trips to downtown are quick and cheap. This hotel is among my favorite options in Council Bluffs.

It was ok, definitely glad to find a room for my family at the last minute. The maintenance man started dumping chemicals into the pool right next to my kids and husband. The chlorine was burning their eyes, so their swim time was over. There was a dirty brown ring around the edge of the pool. The mattresses were absolutely terrible. I liked that the room wasnt carpeted. There were lots of dogs in the hotel.

Staff friendly. Amenities few.

Staff was friendly. Stayed with my son in a Suite. Unfortunately it did not provide a larger footprint for my power chair then I had hoped. The Breakfast Buffet offered only coffee. I enjoy tea, which was unavailable.

We really enjoyed our 3 queen with a hideabed since we were traveling with 4 grandchildren. Our room was fairly clean and very spacious. I really disliked how dirty the hallway carpets looked and smelled. I know people like and need to travel with pets but they also need to be responsible and not let the urinate in the hallways and the hotel needs to clean the carpets!

Not the cleanest, rooms were worn down. We got a suite and it was not suite worthy. The whole hallway smelled like dog. The police showed up. And random people would just be outside of our room window smoking! We only stayed bc it I missed the deadline to cancel!

The property is older and needs updating but our stay was fine for why we were in the Omaha area. It was very warm in our room when we arrived. Took some time but realized the window was open on a 95 degree day. Staff was very friendly. Beds were fine; stayed at other Red Roofs with more comfortable beds. This would be fine for a weekend or stopover hotel.
