Booked for 2 nights and the second night our key card wouldnt work. After a day of shopping and bags in our hands it was not ideal to have to walk around the entire building to find someone to re activate it because they put the wrong amount of nights on it. Rooms definitely need a deep cleanand refresh, bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable for my family.

Comfortable Stay

The staff worked well to acomodate us andarranged for a substitue room once we arrived (plumbing issue). Great breakfast, secure property, well-lit facilities, and easy parking.

The staff were all very friendly! The room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was one night. The tub bottom had a dirt stain and there was dirt and bugs in the vents of the A/C. The only reason I looked in the A/C was because we had it all the way down to 60 degrees and we just couldn’t get the room cool. Breakfast was warm and they kept it filled until 9am.

I thought it was strange that there was no service in the rooms. No additional towels, no vacuum, no nothing with a three day stay. The breakfast each day was wonderful, and the rooms had a refrigerator and ice was available. Seemed like a lot of money for less stuff.
