We have stayed at this hotel a few times & it has been excellent customer service every time, from the front desk to the room service- EXCELLENT! The convenience of waking across the street to the casino for live music entertainment and restaurants. Great place to stay for any occasion.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot BF with good choices. One problem was that even though we asked for an accessible room on Expedia, the hotel did not know. They tried hard to find us an accessible room, and did bring us a shower chair. This has happened before with Expedia, Inhope you can correct this glitch.
