Step inside and discover a three-story retreat designed for effortless living and entertaining. The ground level boasts a spacious garage that doubles as a fun hangout/game room area, complete with cornhole and cozy seating—a perfect spot for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Ascending to the second level, you're greeted by an inviting open-concept layout encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, equipped to handle everything from seafood feasts to casual snacks. The dining area comfortably seats six, while the breakfast bar offers additional seating for four. Gather around the flat-screen TV in the living room or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze from the unique swing.
Venture to the third level to find your private oasis. The guest room features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a connecting bathroom for added convenience. Across the hall, the master bedroom awaits, offering a queen bed, a twin day bed with a twin trundle, and another flat-screen TV. Indulge in luxury with the en suite bath and unwind on the master bedroom's balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. Need extra sleeping space? Two twin rollaway beds are on hand for additional guests.
Outside, Signal Point treats guests to a refreshing community pool, ideal for sunny days spent lounging and splashing. For added convenience, this unit includes a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.
Parking is a breeze with two dedicated spaces—one in front of the garage and an overflow spot by the community pool. Guests are welcome to utilize the garage for added storage or parking needs.
Please note that our property policy prohibits pets, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
