Nice place to stay in a convenient spot. Staff friendly. We were in 2nd floor and in sat night could hear the club music, also bottles being thrown out made a lot of noise. The parking was very difficult. To get to lot, it was a steep hill, down a narrow sharp turn and then needed to call and have gate opened. Was difficult to also get out. Had to go up a steep hill and turn left and difficult to see if any oncoming traffic. I recommend taking train into Cork since hotel is about a 5 min walk.

The girls paulina and fran werr absolutely super helful on arrival.. i arrived long before check in but i was able to drop my bag off and was able to continue with my day.. they called me when my room was ready.. really nive spacious room and super clean.. loads of towels..

The property is in a very nice area if Cork. Rooms were very nice and the restaurant and bar was amazing with the rock face waterfall plus the food was spectacular.

Really beautiful hotel and very good location to the main areas we wanted to visit. Loads of bars and coffee shops around. 5 mins and your in central Cork. We didn't eat there but had a drink by the waterfall, stunning. All the staff were friendly and helpful that we encountered.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. It was spacious and was very comfortable. The location was great! The only thing that could be improved is the access to the front desk. I called a few times and didn’t get an answer. It was very stuffy in the room and we were unable to work the air so had to open windows.
