I had requested a handicapped room on the first floor, which I received. I have a bad leg which makes walking difficult. The room was close to the lobby and easily reached. Dinner was provided, which was simple fare, but delicious and there was plenty of food available. A bathtub (which is difficult for me to get into), not a shower was provided and a shower chair was provided. The shower chair would have had to be used sideways as it was way too large for the bathtub. The bed was high and difficult for me to get into,

A great place to stay if you have to be near the hospital. They even have a free shuttle to take you there. Everything was perfect. It's was nice to have a room with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

I love the Heartland Inn for going to events at Carver Arena. It is within walking distance and there are several options for food or drink along the way. The place is showing its age now but the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ll be back.

Perks are nice but not a great experience
Staff was very pleasant. Bed comfortable. It appears they tried to remodel very cheaply and not well done. Room smelled, shower dripping continuously, bathroom sink drain very slow and walls are paper thin. You can tell they try their best but.....

First you get what you pay for and based on that it was excellent. But areas to improve on pillows too small and flat only offered two per bed. My suggestion is to upgrade pillows or offer four pillows per bed. Next no blanket. Again overall you pay what you ask for cheap dated property that is clean and the staff is nice

My husband had surgery and it was a long day at the hospital. I arrived very tired. I was treated very well. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The food was very good. I would stay there again.
