We stayed for 6 nights in a king double balcony room. The room was small but mostly, it doesn’t have enough storage for a stay of more than a couple of nights. Felt like I lived out of my suitcase. The buffet was ok and luckily, was included with my stay. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it. Staff was fine- not super hospitable but perhaps a culture difference. IMO, not 4 star service. Beautiful lobby and cocktail bar. Really recommend they consider adding more storage to rooms.

A great centrally located hotel. Walking distance from most of the central sites without feeling hectic and busy. Trivoli gardens less than five minutes away and close to central station for easy arrival and departure

Really enjoyed the stay at the wide hotel. The location was great for walking everywhere and near a metro stop. The hotel itself was very nice inside. The room was small but more than adequate. We had a room at the back (would really recommend for noise).

In a great location, a short walk to Tivoli gardens, shopping and other attractions. We had a couple of issues during our stay such as the fridge not working and the shower overflowing, otherwise I’d had scored a 5

You are very close to walk to the city center, attractions, restaurant, The Breakfast was the best my wife and I had. There it was a lot reconstruction in the building next to the Hotel. very danger to walk around the front of the remodel building with cycles and cars passing though not protection for pedestrians

Overall I loved my stay at the WIDE Hotel. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a wide assortment of food to choose from. The property was exceptionally clean. Easily walkable. I selected the hotel as it had AC. This past week was very warm, with two days in the mid 80s. It seemed like the AC was not working during sleeping hours. The only bed covers are these very heavy duvets. Every morning I woke up drenched in sweat.
