Overall our stay was average. We were displeased with the roach in one room and in the rooftop bar area. We were offered to switch rooms and once we got to that room, there were bugs in there as well. The front desk lady vacuumed them up and apologized. We were given a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. While we appreciated the breakfast, it was difficult to sleep in the bed after the encounter with the bugs.

good experience with this stay for business. Very nice facility. Greeted by a very professional front desk person, and he made sure I had everything I needed for the overnight stay. Hotel has an nice/quaint lounge and restaurant on the top floor - I'll stay there again and recommend to business associates

Still no hot water!
This is the second time we stayed here and once again no hot water for the shower. It worries me how the laundry gets clean with no hot water and the dishes at the restaurant and bar. Bacteria! This is a new hotel and it’s beautiful but even the employees know about the hot water situation. Why isn’t anything being done?

Comfy and clean
We stayed here on our way back from Knoxville. The hotel was perfectly clean. The ac worked great. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy and cozy. They kept our rooms for our super late checkin (2am) and let us check out late and get a few hours of sleep.

No coffee in the lobby is crazy. This is only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where you can’t get a free cup of coffee in the morning. 2 out of 3 showers- no hot water. Room is small.

Absolutely no hot water for showers. We went to eat the breakfast we paid extra for and the food was gone. Clearly we should have gotten there right when they started putting things out.
