Stayed here many times and still have trouble with the HVAC: either too warm or too cold, can't seem to dial it in. TV was spotty, lots of pixelating and "loss of signal." Pool is awesome and having a kitchen is big positive factor for me.

No AC panel in room just wires where ? Once was, was pretty hot in room. Bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast wasn’t that great to be honest although included in the price. Staff were friendly.

SWIM WITH ROACHES
We have stayed at plenty of Hyatt House locations. This one was not bad inside. The room was clean, but dated a bit, nothing to be too concerned with. We went to use the pool in the evening and I had to take my child to the bathroom. We went into the pool bathroom and there were small, brown cockroaches everywhere. I told my husband about it and so we decided to go to our room shortly after. The whole walk to the hotel door was disgusting. It was swarming with roaches! Now, had the staff helped us with checking out early I would have been a little happier. But we have been given the runaround for 2 days now and still have not heard from anyone to discuss this matter since we left early. I will NEVER stay there again, which is a shame because the location is actually wonderful.

The staff here is second to none. We stay quite often and are always greeted cheerfully, often by name, as we are out and about on the property. We simply feel at home.

The hotel room was dirty. There was hair (from shaving, I assume) around the sink, there was only one trash can, there were zero USB charger outlets (an actual plug is needed to charge devices), and the hotel was hot (they didn’t have the A/C on).
