This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff is very kind, accommodating, and welcoming! I absolutely loved the dog that they have at The hotel Trip!!!ā¤ļøā¤ļø Definitely the only place I will stay when I visit Columbus. I am 4'11 and the beds were too tall. I had to step on the upholstered chair to get on the bed. Not good. I enjoyed my stay except for the above problem.

Nothing really stood out to me for my liking, except for the employees doing their jobs, being very professional and extremely helpful in every field. Very pleased with everything, im so glad i mafe the dicision to stay at Indigo!

Excellent location for walking to all areas of the city. Friendly staff and good amenities. The breakfast menu was a nice change to the usual buffet and I recommend purchasing breakfast with reservations. Coffee machine is a Keurig which is a plus.
