There was a quick service to check in. The desk clerk was very efficient with customers, information of hotels accommodations, before I receive the keys. The elevators were kept clean and smelled good, and they got to the designated floor soon. Clean room, carpet, microwave, refrigerator, closet, and bathroom.

Both days, saturday and sunday morning, they were out of mist if their breakfast offerings. Even out of coffee creamer. Out of potatoes. Sausage patties were stiff and dry, we were calling them sausage cookies. Charged us for bringing our dig, even though there was absolutely no mention of an extra charge anywhere on the website or on hotels.com

Great location, clean hotel
My only complaints would be that the beds are hard as a rock & that the breakfast was not tended to enough & ran out very fast of all food. Hotel is very clean & staff was pleasant. Great location for the Easton Mall.

Poor front desk experience
We arrived at 2:45, but the rooms were not ready (which was fine to wait 15 minutes), but the lady was not nice and said we were early and said to try back at 3:15 because check in was at 3. I went ahead and waited until 3:15. She stumbled over the pronunciation of my name, so I told her. To which she looked back to check the spelling and I got a face like she wasn’t buying it. She asked me to put a card on file for incidentals. I tried three different cards. All declined. She kept asking if they were prepaid. Kept saying no. She just continued looking at us frustrated like it was a problem with ALL of our cards. A line had formed and with her attitude it was embarrassing. The 4th card was accepted and we were able to get our room by 3:30pm. Other than the poor check in experience, the room was clean and comfortable. We did not go for breakfast, but it was available.

The staff was nice But, we hard a little they have a hard time checking in the hotel kept denying the card which clearly had no funds on it. Then, and the morning we went to take our suitcases to the car and couldn't get in without the key.and was questioned about our stay. Also I've seen better breakfast at other Hilton Hotel. I probably won't be going back to that particular hotel

It was okay
The breakfast was terrible, the only thing good about the hotel was the surrounding area. The staff was quite nice. But at all the other Hilton hotels I've stayed in I probably won't go back to this one.
