We were given the handicap room because we reserved room through Hotels.com. I asked for different room (two queens) and were told they were all booked up, with less than ten cars in parking lot, that was not the case! He was rude! Linda Pekar

This was a nice place to stop on a long drive. Not a spectacular area for shopping or restaurants (that we found) but a pleasant room with easy access to the freeway. Nice staff, comfortable room, and nice breakfast.

All together the stay at this hotel was bad experience, starting with crickets all over the bathroom and AC stopping to work at midnight. My son is disabled and the pool handicapped chair was not working and my son attempted to get out of pool and since he has a le amputation his only leg slipped on steps and went under water, my grandson was able to help him out. At the end of our stay they told us one of the room hadn’t been paid through expedía and she charged my card without authorization.

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. The hotel still looks new, as it is the same hotel we stayed in 5 years ago when we went to visit. The staff was very nice and friendly.
