Property was overbooked so our room was not what we booked. Two areas in floor were broken/bowed. Carpet was frayed and torn in multiple areas. Hotel was loud all night. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Neither pancake nor waffle maker worked properly.

Sadly disappointed that when we arrived the front desk staff was unfriendly . Once we were in the room it smelled as if it had an electrical fire . The front desk seemed to be unfazed by this and unconcerned. Was given a new room, but directly across from the other room which was still giving off a burnt smell leaking into the hall way. We explained to the front desk again that someone may want to check that room, but still didn’t seem concerned and almost put off by us asking.

The hotel was clean & the bed was very comfortable. We had the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The only complaint I have, was there was an odd smell in the entire hotel. It was so strong in the room we were in that I tried to open the window. The windows don't open on the 3rd floor. I was able to run the air conditioner & fan to improve the smell. I hope it was only new carpet or vinyl glue & the smell goes away. I would stay again if the smell improves.
