Do NOT book at this property. I never rate rooms but I had to for the sake of others! Our room was disgusting. The pictures they have online looked completely different compared to in person. We had no blankets on the beds. The beds were gross and so old. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The bathroom was so gross we didn’t even use the shower. Just save your money or spend more and go elsewhere!!

This is not a fancy hotel. The most important aspect of any hotel is cleanliness. This hotel smelled clean and the room was clean. In that regard it was much better than hotels where the rooms cost three times more but not as clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are dated and the beds do not have spreads or a blanket, only a sheet. There was a very thin coverlet over the sheet. There were no extra blankets or pillows available. Coffee was supposed to be ready at 0600, however it was not. Disappointing since there was not in room coffee.

Yeah, the hotel nice very outdated. Mattress was horrible. Tub leaked. Tub was closed. No blankets on bed basically two sheets.

So many things wrong here but I’m not here to bash. A few of the problems I had were, the tub filled up as you showered, and the fan didn’t work. Door didnt shut properly, bathroom and room and hall door. Toilet was tiny, looked like she sheets had mold on them. Roaches crawling around. Took pictures as I was leaving, sorry for the mess

This place is gross. Outdated, smelled like smoke, lights don’t work, had to listen to the couple in the next room cough and hack all night. I couldn’t even bring myself to shower there. I just got the heck out of there. No amenities (shampoo, lotion, hair dryer etc). Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

My room was quite, despite facing an interstate highway. The property is located in a cluster of fast food restaurants, meaning I didn't even need a car to eat out. On the flip side, the wash basin drain ran so slow, it might as well have been clogged. This was a mechanical problem, however, and could be repaired easily.

Sad to say, wont stay again unless we have to

My partner and I booked this trip so they could enjoy a festival. Our room size was fine for us, the bed was firm but felt nice, the pillows where ok ish. Our room was clean enough. The T.V. did not work at all. We was in the downstairs part. We came back after the first day of the festival and our keys did not work. My partner went to get them fixed and stood around for about twenty minutes they rung the bell on the counter 3 times still waited around and finaly called the front desk, the guy came up from down stairs and sounded like he came from a room and was talking to a friend. Then questiond if my partner called them, they said yes they had been here for 20mins and needs the room keys fixed. He looked at them like they was crazy then fixed the keys. Saterday morning as we was heading out on the town, we asked if that they would picked up the trash and if we could have more towls, the employee kinda huffed and goes im the only one here ill get to it when I can. We said thats fine we are going out for the day and we left. Mind that the trash can was sooooo tiny a food container filled it. For the most part our trip was fine.....but we will not be staying at this super 8 again, and I definitely would not send my partner on their own there to stay.
