Applebee's was next door, the staff are pleasant and everything was clean. Good breakfast.

The lady at breakfast used profanity when asked by another guest a question. Front desk lady very very nice. Room clean, AC broken, but did not say anything as we only stayed 1 night.

As a single mom coming to parents weekend for my daughter, I appreciate this hotel not price gouging. I felt safe and although pretty far from campus, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again. Front desk staff was super friendly!

We loved this hotel. Very convenient with walking distance to many stores and places to eat. It was extremely clean, breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. Oh and the beds, they were so comfortable, I slept the best I have in a long time. We will definitely stay here again when passing through.

The Best Western was recommended by a family member who lives in Lexington. The hotel was nice and clean. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were quiet and comfortable plus there was an amazing breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed and room was comfortable except for waking up with a cockroach/palmetto bug. Front desk response was horrible- why didn’t you ask to change rooms? (Because I didn’t see it until I woke up in the morning!) No apology. Will not stay there again. Bad experience & management.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. The staff was amazing and very friendly as well as helpful. Breakfast was very good and so was the cook. Overall I would recommend Best Western Plus to my family and friends if they ever visited.Again overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent and friendly staff. Front desk was manned at all times. Rooms were clean and linens fresh. Felt very safe here. No complaints at all. Will recommend and stay here again if ever in Lexington and needing a place.
