We stayed here 4 years ago and it was a lovely facility with beautiful grounds in a convenient location. Our recent stay (9/24) was a huge disappointment. Property is worn and attitude of some employees was poor. One lovely lady greeted us at door and was kind and friendly. The one who checked us in was not. We got a “handi-capped room,” not by request and no heads-up. We found out when we saw the plate by the door. It was huge (to navigate a wheel chair) but furniture and fixtures were old and worn. I’d like to add a picture of the two chairs in front of the elevators on our floor but don’t think this site allows. The chairs were filthy with the bottoms falling out. Can’t imagine a less welcoming sight in a hotel. Sad to say we won’t be staying there again. It could be wonderful. It’s not.

Was really hoping to leave a 5 Star review for the price but feel a 4 is more accurate. The breakfast at the hotel is not included with your room. We booked a suite and still had to pay for the mediocre, hotel breakfast. The potatoes were hard as a rock and the eggs were barely lukewarm. Our room was nice but could use some detailed cleanings such as walls and the shower. Would stay again but not pay for a suite and not eat the breakfast.

We had a situation arise where our travel was delayed. Even upon contacting the property on the night we were supposed to check in and checking in online they cancelled our two day reservation and had to pay for a new reservation. Hilton escalated customer support stated it was up to the property and they had no problem canceling and re-charging. Not worth such an expensive night stay and not willing to accommodate families. Beware if flights change etc. this property does not care.

I had used soap on my towels. We weren’t allowed to have towels for the pool. Couldn’t sit in the “restaurant” area with outside food. Even though there was absolutely no signs stating that and no one sitting in that side. Very rude about it.

The property was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a bar and a great restaurant. Unfortunately, I never could figure out how to close the black out curtains. Either they weren't there or they were well hidden. It's my fault for not saying anything until I checked out.

The check-in was quick and all was good. The room was clean and tidy. The curtains pulled all the way closed. I slept like a baby! My husband accidentally left his CPAP cord behind. I called the hotel directly and asked about it. The front desk clerk found it and put it away for me to come get it. Excellent service at this hotel. I highly recommend!
