The only problem incurred, one of the elevator was not working. 15 minutes wait was the norm. It appears that the elevator gave priority to the top floors. If I was not carrying heavy items, I used the steps. I have stayed at this location in the past, and always been please with the service and the Cleanness, and will continue in the future.

Unexpectedly disappointmented. I understood Drury to be top notch. I was traveling at the start of the Thanksgiving holiday. The hot tub was out of order; 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order; there was only 1 staff person at the front desk to handle the line of guests; the water backed up in the shower (Rm. 321). On the plus side the bed and room was comfortable; the staff was friendly; the breakfast was good and my feet got a bath.

Great location and easy check-in. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was friendly and there was a dining area. Looking forward to breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with all of the extras with the hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was very clean. Our check in was quick and way. The extra perks of 5:30 snacks and drinks were completely amazing and fun. The staff was so pleasant. We will be back for sure!!

When I wiped everything down my cleaning cloth was brown. The wall in the bedroom had a substance on it that was a little concerning. Up and down the halls smelled like pot. We have stayed here many times and never had these issues
