We stay quite often , our plays hockey for Mckendree so this hotel is the closest to his apartment and the ice rink. It’s always clean, friendly staff and breakfast is pretty good.

Excellent stay with great staff
We checked in VERY late (2:00 am) because of flight delays caused by weather. I would have liked a speedier check-in process, but given the hour, I think it was fine. The hotel was very accommodating of us. We will be returning for another tournament at McKendree University in March and will be staying at this hotel again.

This property was a suprise find. Practically new, extremely modern. 100% easy access on and off the expressway. Could not ask for a more convenient airport hotel. The hotel is maintained in an immaculate condition. The rooms are as modern as can be and are VERY clean. A good breakfast is offered with a goodly variety. Would most definately stay here again if in the area.

Could not figure out how to make the TV work. Could not connect to the internet. The heater alternated between running and not running about once per minute all night. We had the temperature set at 70 degrees, and when we woke up it was 78 degrees and all the bedclothes were on the floor. The bed was comfortable though.

The bathroom hadn't been completely cleaned prior to our arrival. We spent the first 10 minutes of our stay using wet wipes to clean someone else's literal poop off the toilet seat. It's not like anyone walks into a Best Western having the highest expectations, but this was gross.
