Welcome to Denny's Place! This well-appointed home offers charm and history; one of Buffalo Bill Cody's grandsons once lived here. The owners have filled the home with beautiful and unique antique pieces and comfortable furnishings. Only a couple of blocks from Cody's main street it's an easy walk to enjoy shopping, dining, shows and the world-famous Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

The main level kitchen, dining and living rooms have plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of sightseeing. The master bedroom is on the main level and offers a king bed, television, and an attached master bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall you find bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo and a laundry room. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are located on the second level each with a queen bed. Upstairs you will also find bathroom 3 with a clawfoot tub and a shower wand. Outside guests enjoy a private patio area and gas grill to cook up outdoor dinners and enjoy the warm summer evenings.

*This property does not have AC. At night temperatures drop to the 55 or 60 degrees and low to no humidity, opening windows at night cools the property down and lets in the fresh mountain air!

Charming House Perfect for Yellowstone

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Property was clean and comfortable. There is no central air, but ceiling fans and naturally cooling Wyoming evenings, made for a minor issue, at best

WY Wedding Stay
Our group of 6 stayed at Denny’s Place while attending a wedding at a ranch outside Cody! The house was perfect for our group! It was immaculately clean, comfortable, well stocked with towels and kitchen ware, and charming at every turn! Our group is from the east coast so we enjoyed the house decor and walking distance to downtown. Be aware that the house does not have AC so the upstairs can be warm during the day but does cool off at night. If returning to Cody, we would stay again at Denny’s Place!

Charming and Clean in a quiet neighborhood
Our family of six stayed here for a wedding. The house was clean and has tons of character. Albertsons grocery is a 2-3 minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again if we needed lodging in Cody.

The house was beautiful with enough room for all 6 of us. Everything was well stocked. Ever bathroom had a large amount of towels and wash clothes. The upstairs was quiet warm with no AC. The upstairs could use TV in each room. We had nice stay.

We rented this cute home in a lovely quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Cody. The home was very clean and comfortable and more room than what the pictures show. We would highly recommend this place!

We had a last minute unexpected vacation window and decided to go to Yellowstone, only to find that places to stay in or near the park require up to a year advance booking. My wife found Denny's place on vrbo cheaper than some of the hotels we looked at. After booking, we found articles on the web recommending not to stay in Cody if going to Yellowstone due to the distance. We were very glad we disregarded that advice: the house was gorgeous, we felt like we were Cody residents instead of staying in a hotel, the trip to Yellowstone is about an hour which is much less than driving to work in Chicago traffic with an indescribably more fantastic view. Well worth the time and money.

Even better than we hoped for!
Very much appreciated the ease in finding the place and checking in. We were given very clear directions and specifics on how to get into the house. Very easy! The home is comfortable and well-maintained. It is an older home so you do make some noise when you walk around upstairs, nothing unexpected there. The kitchen was easy to get around in and well stocked with all the things we needed to prepare meals. One of the best places I’ve stayed at using VRBO.

Our stay was amazing! We went to Cody for a youth trap shoot. It was so nice to come home to a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The decor was done so well, always something new to look at. Talked to the awesome neighbor, and visited with the neighborhood deer. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a perfect stay.
