Prime Location: Situated on a high point of the Wapiti Valley, The Pinnacle is just 30 miles from the East Entrance of Yellowstone and 20 miles from historic Cody. Traveling along HWY 14/16/20, renowned as one of the world's most scenic 50-mile stretches, promises awe-inspiring vistas at every turn.
Spacious Accommodations: This custom 3,200 square foot home boasts four bedrooms and three baths, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Furnished with Western décor throughout, it features a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, laundry room, workout room, front and rear decks, grill, patio, garage, and a large natural outdoor space.

Outdoor Adventures: Within walking distance to the Livermore Access fishing area on the Shoshone River and just 7/10 of a mile from the entrance of the Shoshone National Forest, outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the abundance of hiking trails, river access areas, and opportunities to observe wildlife in its natural habitat.
Relaxation and Recreation: After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub, grill up a feast on the patio, or simply lounge on the decks and soak in the surroundings. With all the amenities you need, The Pinnacle offers the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Great family house a short drive from Yellowstone

We enjoyed this property as a jumping off point for daily visits to Yellowstone Park and a day hanging around Cody. Great views, comfortable beds and the necessities to make the stay comfortable.

Amazing Views and Super Clean

Great location. Easy access to cody, yellowstone,etc. Place was immaculate. Hot tub was great after a long cold day in Yellowstone. But the views...unbelievable. Every morning, it literally took my breath away!

July Stay

This is lovely property. Very clean, beautiful high ceilings with numerous ceiling fans. It was unseasonably hot when we stayed, no air conditioning. The ceiling fans helped as the extra floor fans did as well. Fenced yard was great for our dog Hot tub was also a big hit. Loved walking the neighborhood each morning, very scenic with friendly neighbors.

Good location--but did not meet expectations for price

Overall for what we paid (500+ per night) we were disappointed with this property. This does have a good location for getting into Yellowstone and great views from the house. The management staff was very responsive. However—for what we were paying we expected the house to be air-conditioned. This should have been disclosed in the listing. When we got to the house the temps in the main floor (great room, master bedroom, kitchen and dining area) was above 90 degrees. Opening the windows and using the fans took several hours to cool off the house. The management company did put in 2 window air conditioners the next day into the 2 upstairs bedrooms. But on the 2nd and 3rd days when we got back the main floor was still above 90 degrees and that was with the ceiling fans running and the window shades closed. It took several hours to cool off and the main floor was not usable except for the bedrooms that had the AC units. The problem with the house is it has 6+ large west facing windows and a cathedral ceiling. And there were issues with the plumbing. The 2 bathroom sinks when you used the cold water faucet—you got very hot water for several minutes. Would be a big issue for younger kids. Had dirty dishes in the kitchen and missing bread knifes from the silverware set. Would advise to look at other houses in the area.

Amazing Mountain Views

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 3 children and my parents. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. The house was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home there. The views are incredible and it’s such a peaceful location. We met the owner and he was friendly and kind! He gave us some advice to check out Beartooth Pass and we are so glad he did, it was beyond spectacular! We had a wonderful vacation and this was the perfect location for us between Cody (we did whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and the rodeo) and Yellowstone (we spent 3 days exploring the park). I would highly recommend this rental house!

This was in a spectacular location. The property is nice. The house is a little dated, though, and maybe priced a bit too high. But, super clean with incredible views.
