It was very close to the port I needed to get to for my vacation cruise after my stay was finished at the hotel. What I didn’t like was the volume of traffic that was there when trying to exit the hotel parking lot safely to get on the travel road.

We have stayed here before and liked the hotel. It was originally owned by 7 of the original astronauts, which is interesting. It's convenient to the cruise ports which is why we originally chose it. The free breakfast has a lot of choices.

Room 262 had dried blood on sheets. Tried to call the desk and no one would answer several times. We were so exhausted we just covered the fitted sheet with the flat sheet. The shower had very low water pressure and took a very long time to be able to shower.

Laquinta felt and looked very inviting. Easy to get to and price to our liking. The bathroom was very accesible for my husband. Definitely would come back again.
