Liked the tiki bar, proximity to the beach, guest laundry services, and restaurant on premises. Didn't care for adjoining rooms or a room across from the elevators and the views were not great. Kids running through the halls too.

Very friendly staff, let us check in early, awesome atmosphere, walking distance to the beach with a cute tiki bar next to the beach. Nice, clean, large rooms. I would highly recommend!

This property has a junk fee (that you don't know about until after you've checked in) on everything that moves (e.g., the luggage cart that comes with a valet -- pay me -- boy attached) to the $15 per night parking fee to the $4.95 per day internet access fee to the $3 per bottle of water that you could make your free, in room coffee with ... luckily, the toilet worked without quarters

Oceanfront hotel on Cocoa Beach with great food.
We were in town for a funeral so an oceanfront hotel was a nice reprieve. Food at Waves was excellent. Starbucks coffee and ice cream parlor were nice to have on site. Staff was great! The only negatives were that the rooms could have a few more amenities and better pillows. We wish beach chairs were complimentary for hotel guests. And the Sunday afternoon DJ on the pool deck was so loud and chatty that we had to leave. Get an oceanfront room!

The bed was comfy, but the pillows smelled of weed. One morning we did not have hot water and neither did our friends on a different floor. We had to ask for towels, coffee, body wash and soap on the 2nd day, but did not get it till the 3rd day. . The house cleaning does not clean unless you ask.
