The property was convenient and breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle service to cruise port was disappointing. It was late and they kept telling us “any minute”, 10 minutes until our boarding time and 30 minutes late, it arrived. THEN we discovered the shuttle stopped at other hotels. We immediately got off, booked and Uber. We loved everything except feeling the staff was dishonest about the shuttle.

Housekeeping service is deficient... The third day I had to ask for fresh towels and trash bags because housekeeping service was never provided. They charge $15 parking fee per day…. Which is not usual in these hotels in other states. Thrusdays and Fridays party in the pool area ends at 3am… too much noise and no one that can take care of it. Breakfast is really good !!!!!!

This hotel was nice and clean! Staff was friendly ! Pool was very clean and sparkling blue! We loved it! Bring back bacon to breakfast please (which is all hotels anymore) overall our stay was wonderful!
