The location was good - a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. Property was clean but a little dated. Adjacent property that allows Hampton Inn guests has a bigger bar and food service.

We stayed for 1 night. We were headed to a cruise in the morning. The stay was cheap, I was staying for 1 night. I would not stay here for longer than 1 night however. The beds were uncomfortable and itchy.

Really disappointed the hotel and Expedia didn’t reply to messages. Our ESTA was refused due to travel to Cuba. A single UK Mum and 2 13 year old twins. Hadn’t realised USA declared Cuba a terrorist state. Ridiculous. I tried to move this to April as I’ve had to pay £££ to move and now applying for full Visas. And this hotel allied full charges.

Booked through Expedia because of the good reviews, but they seem to fake. Terrible hotel and stay. Nothing works and hotel is dirty and grimy. Our ocean view room we paid extra for was a city view. The lowest ceilings I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The outside hallways to get to your room are pretty gross. Pictures are very deceiving on line. Do not believe them. They show pictures of places that are no where near this hotel. The fridge didn’t work in our room. Was told they would fix it when we leave!!! Also the previous guests had set an alarm that wasn’t turned off, so it went off ridiculously early waking the whole family. I was also meant to be charged $203 and somehow got charged $234!! Definitely will be making a complaint. Don’t stay here!!

Good for a One Night Stay
Decent for a one night stay. The beds were pretty hard and the shower pressure was horrible. The breakfast was decent, but I think I will elect to stay somewhere else on my next trip in February.

We were in town to say goodbye to a family member so not a pleasure trip. The hotel was nice. The only thing I would mention is that the gate going from the pool area to the parking lot creaked so loudly that it was almost impossible to ignore. Not a big deal.
