Wonderful location and staff with the most delicious cafe and tiki bar down stairs. Loaded with amenities like in room laundry, full kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna. And great views of the ocean and the pier!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Had great check in and check out. Nice path to the beach. Right close to pier. Great drinks at the outside bar. There was always someone around making sure everything was taken care of. We only stayed 3 nights before cruise and it was easy access to port as well

Spacious and clean rooms. I recommend a rental car. The hotel is close to the space center and the wizard of oz museum. Did not care for the restaurant at the location but there are options at least a mile away. Hotel has kid activities during the day and karaoke in the cafe. They also have a small theater inside. Highly recommend this resort.

Very clean. Staff extremely friendly! Our room was ready before check in time. All balconies non smoking if that matters to anyone. Don’t forget anything you need on Mondays there is no food and beverage available, but so easy to walk to restaurants nearby. 3rd floor view is awesome and short walk to beach.

If we’re ever in cocoa beach for vacation again this is our go to place. We got a one bedroom and the only issue we had was there’s not much of a view of the ocean. I’d give it a 4/5 just because the website needs some updating for clearer communication. We did not need to be 25 to check in. And they also had baby cribs which online said they didn’t have. Overall this is a great place to stay.
