Great check in. The lady was so friendly and knowledgeable. Love the lazy river! Great location and if you're lucky there may even be a rocket launch (great to see from the beach very close to the hotel). Rooms were comfortable but could hear everything from the next rooms.

We checked into our room and there is A roach in the bathroom. We headed back to front desk with our luggage and staff was apologetic. Assigned a different room..make our way there elevator is broken and key didn’t work. We had Heavy luggage and needed assistance to get them up. This place is definitely an outdated, run down motel. Pool area was cool. That is all

They called me when I was at the Orlando airport and passed out I was and I said we're going in our Uber and I'll be there in an hour and we were able to get our room at 11:00 in the morning instead of waiting till 3:00. Great place friendly people

Here's a possible draft for your 3-star review: "Average Stay – Not as Advertised" The front desk associate was kind and accommodating, but overall, the hotel fell short of expectations. The property felt a little run down, with some items in the room appearing rusty and outdated. Additionally, it was not beachfront as advertised, which was disappointing. While it wasn't a terrible stay, it didn’t meet the standards I was hoping for.

I want to be completely honest and detailed in this review. The resort had some amazing qualities and staff. My 9yr old absolutely loved the pool and the breakfast buffet and the cute colorfulness of the rooms and games in the lobby area. Amy at the front desk was kind and friendly and a true gem! On the first night i was given a room on the main floor facing the street, maybe not a big deal for some but for a single mom with her child it felt very unsafe there was also ketchup on the comforter and the toilet seat was left up so I'm unsure how clean the room was, there was also lots of street noise and assorted smoke smells throughout the night The next morning i asked to be moved and Amy was very accommodating. The second room was inside the resort which felt safer. The room was very very humid tho and had an earthy, musty smell to it. I didn't think anything of it until that night when i was called by the front desk and accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be asked to leave. The night desk woman was very aggressive and being that i was woken up out of a dead sleep i was confused and upset, i chose not to fight bc my son was asleep and loved the resort and i didn't want to lose my cool about the situation. But now i will say that it was scary, unprofessional and downrite rude. Who accuses a woman sharing a room with her child of that? Especially being we went to sleep over an hour before the incident. I could go on but I've run out of characters
