They advertised a pool and this pool was closed with a cover on it, I could not swim. The bathtub only had 1 grab bar on it, I almost fell.

Dingy room

The room had a musty and damp smell. There was trash & cigarette butts around and between nightstands & bed. The bathroom smelled like piss. The upper lock on the door was missing. Every morning (3 night stay) the room key didn’t work & had to be reprogrammed. Asking for an extra bath towel was met with questioning why I’d like an extra towel & i need to trade one from the room to get it.

I liked staying at the Super 8. It was close to Whiteman Air Force Base and places to get food. I would stay again.

The receptionist was friendly and the area was quiet. But the bathroom had mold all in it the breakfast atea is in the check in area there was no food for breakfast. We ended up leaving 2 nights earlier then our reservation

I stayed at this property about 12 yrs ago and it was fine. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was a decent selection of breakfast items. This trip the grass out front looked like a hayfield, the entrance door was dirty, the pool was closed, the bathtub drain was so slow, there was 8 inches of water by the time I was finished showering... I can understand why it only has a 2 star rating. I'm surprised Wyndham is associated with this property.

I look for cleanliness, comfort, and good service when traveling alone. I got all three. Needs some upkeep, including outside, but was a comfortable Super 8.

The room was clean quiet and reasonably maintained. The service from check-in to check-out was abysmal. I have never seen such a low grade of cutlery offered during the breakfast (if you can call it that). Overall a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place.

The smell as you walk in is TERRIBLE! Smelled like spoiled food. Pool was closed with no notice on the website. One good thing was I asked for a Cancellation with no fee charged to me and as far as I know, I did. Someone needs to go to evaluate and smell this property.

Hotel room was clean. Furniture was very worn. No coffee maker, no cups for water in sink area, towels had holes in them. Breakfast offerings extremely limited. If you didn't want a waffle, you were out of luck. Won't stay there again.

Filthy!

The room was filthy and had not been cleaned in ages. The toiletries were half used. The shower didn't work. There was blood on the curtains, bodily fluid on the headboard, and mysterious splatters on the bathroom door and walls. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. My brother's room had a toilet on shims that was venting sewer gas. I killed a very large bug on the bathroom floor but was glad to find no bedbugs when i inspected. If we walked away without catching a disease it will be a blessing. Never. Again.

This property is in dire need of renovation. My room had empty liquor bottles and trash behind the couch. Walls were under construction with exposed dry wall. However, the employees were always responsive to my requests.

Only stay at this property if you like roaches in your room, holes in your ceiling, mold in the shower, and want to be attacked by homeless people sneaking into your room. This is one of the WORST experiences I have ever had and caution anyone thinking about staying here. It is UNSAFE! They put me on the first floor. My windows would not lock and there was a homeless encampment behind the hotel and random homeless people walking thru the hotel. I immediately requested a different room on 2nd floor. The manager was not even concerned about the open window. Second room had roaches and mold. NEVER AGAIN!
