Nice place for a quick getaway with family. We enjoyed the location and it was the perfect size for our group of 8. Kids loved all the games and activities.

Great location; Some Feedback for Improved Experience
Bath, hand and wash towels need to be replaced -- many have stains and are very scratchy and mismatched. There were also only two beach towels. There were hairs between sheet in master bedroom and stains on duvet. It would be nice to have extra blankets for master bed since I did not want to use duvet.

Not a great experience
***Would definitely NOT recommend this place, or frankly, any house VACASA manages.*** Suncadia is a great place and we have been vacationing there for over 10 years. This was not the normal experience. Vacasa is the worst host we have ever dealt with, the house had minimal amenities (just a basic example: 1 large knife and a small cutting board), and the house had a sterile quality which wasn’t very inviting (night and day difference between other homes we’ve stayed at in Suncadia. We reached out to Vacasa to ask for salt (we would spread it) because there was 4-5” of solid ice on the driveway and front porch. Their response was “use the provided snow shovel”. The provided snow shovel was a cheap aluminum snow shovel that was already bent to hell which had no impact on the ice. They didn’t care and simply replied with the same response. We showed up about 10 minutes before 4pm (check in time) and the cleaning service had about 2 more hours of work to do (not their fault - house must have been trashed) so we just let them know we would take care of what we couldn’t live with. This sterile atmosphere, lack of amenities, plus the lack of cleanliness makes this one a no-go for us. Again, we would definitely NOT recommend this place, or frankly, any house VACASA manages.

Great stay, great location.
The property was exactly as presented/expected. The house was clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, moreso than most vacation rentals. When we checked in there was a smoke alarm with a low battery that was beeping every minute or so. They had someone out to the property in less than a couple hours to get it replaced, which was very appreciated. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay
I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with some friends. The home was beautiful. It was a great location, we walked to Swiftwater for lunch. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed sledding practically in the backyard, and we’re also treated to a beautiful herd of deer that came super close to the house. The layout was nice. Overall it was great. A few improvements that would help: -Better quality linens -More towels (enough for everyone to have a hot tub towel and shower towel, not use one for both) -new mattresses upstairs, many people complained they were uncomfortable

The goods the bads and the conclusion
The layout of the house was great. We appreciated the beautiful views of the snowy golf course. We had all of the kitchen supplies needed to cook wonderfully delicious meals. The dining table was great for dining as well as a game and puzzle table. The game room was perfect for the 2 teen boys. We appreciated the ping pong table, sleds and closet full of games. The house stayed nice and warm and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The master bedroom was beautiful and the master bathroom was luxurious. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found broken glass on the kitchen floor. The main downstairs flooring did not appear to be mopped, either, as our 3 year old had dirty feet with in seconds of running around barefoot. We found an incredible amount of dirt and debris behind and under the couch. The fire place and fire pit were out of commission with a taped note apology. There were only 2 kitchen towels available and only enough dishwasher soap to run the washer once a day. (We were there 5 days with 2 families making breakfasts, lunches and dinners.) The upstair rooms had a musty smell that lingered on our clothing. Left behind clothing from prior guests were found under the beds in the bunk room and the bean bags in the game room were "crusty" upon arrival. There was also a shortage of bath towels and the washer machine required an extra spin and rinse according to the note left in the laundry room, which required more time for the towels to complete. Lastly, the hot tub didn't have the needed chemicals added to it to make it safe. (We brought our own test strips as we've had poor outcomes in past guest hot tubs) Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. The house wasn't filthy, but with the price we paid, I expected it to be much cleaner. I also expected to have a working fireplace and especially a working fire pit since that was one of the highlights advertised. I would return if the price was less or if the cleanliness was improved and guaranteed.

With a few small touches this house could be great
Great location - hot tub and fire pit are a bonus. The house looks "warmer" in the photos - very bare and sterile. 1st floor is all tile (except bedroom) and no rugs - gives off "cold" feel and really loud with lots of echoing. A welcome book of where to find things would be helpful - king bed in master had 2 thin, hard pillows - stole from other bedrooms - only 2 extra towels in master had to go through all the drawers and closets to find things. Nothing terrible, just nothing great.

Beautiful house
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house. This is a house we will be re-visiting! Very peaceful location on the golf course, 5 minute walk to Batista park and 10 minute walk to the winery. This house checked ALL the boxes! Housekeeping did a really great job. I am a clean freak and I usually clean upon check in, there was absolutely nothing that needed additional cleaning. Very impressive!!
