Check in process was bad, lady was gripping about having to clean rooms, my stay was for one night and she charged my card for two, she said I will get a refund. Room wasn’t very clean, my wife cleaned the bathroom for our use. We won’t stay there again, probably won’t stay at another Super 8 ever.

No staff during morning until 2 pm in case there was an issue with room; my room was very dirty-floor had not been cleaned since when? Shower curtain looked like it had blood stains on it, wall was severely peeling off in shower, there were cigarette butt hole burns in blanket on bed. Premises were dirty-vapes, beer bottle, and someother bottles, cigarette butts all around entryway. Breakfast bar dirty which made breakfast itself questionable. The juice dispenser was dirty, had not been cleaned or wiped off. I would like a refund or a credit for my room as what I paid for it was just not worth the room or service I received.

No coffee in lobby with breakfast, there was no soap in bathroom, there was only 1 towel in our room, the tv did not work, the fan in the bathroom did not work.

A good stay
I found the room clean and excellent. Breakfast was a hot waffle I made and cold cereal with milk. Juices and milk were available 24/7. The stay was acceptable for the price paid.

BED BUGS!!!!
My crew stayed at this hotel for one night. The very next morning, I rebooked, BEFORE I found out about the bedbugs! I contacted Hotels.com who contacted the hotel, who REFUSED to refund the remaining 3 nights, even though pics were provided of the bites. I gave the hotel the opportunity to make it right and they didn't. STAY AWAY!!!

Bed was to high for average person, but it was comfortable, drain stopped up, toilet seat was loose & caused accident. No luggage cart. Friendly staff. Short staffed, but did their best. Needs maintenance soon. Good waffles & juice for breakfast!

Don’t expect breakfast.
Breakfast was supposed to be included. There was one waffle maker and cereal. No coffee or anything else in the breakfast area. We chose to eat breakfast somewhere else. Very disappointed. No staff anywhere in sight.

It was not clean. There was a roach in the sink and the floor and surfaces had clearly not be cleaned. I really hoped the beds were clean. It seemed safe enough at least being next door to the police.

Easy check in, friendly person at the front desk. The hotel is right next to the train tracks and trains were non stop through out the night. Could not sleep at all.
