Bay Mist is a nice two bedroom town home that features water and lighthouse views. There have been major updates and renovations to enhance your vacation experience! The first floor has a large dining/kitchen area, living room with TV, and a half bath. Upstairs features a master suite bedroom (with newly remodeled bathroom) and a private balcony that offers lighthouse/water views, as well as a second full bath (also remodeled) and another bedroom with a double bed and two twins. Lighthouse Estates offers a community pool and water access/shared dock for guests.

Beautiful location
The unit is on the end so it allowed for extra windows in the spare room. The sitting room and beds were cozy. The balcony was nice and the chairs were sturdy but you need bug spray before you go out there. We love the keyless entry too! The unit had what we needed and we had a blast! Yes, there were flies but thats the beach. There are flies everywhere. We didn't have a problem with the trash or smells and we cooked out on the grill most nights.. Unfortunately, there were ants though. The place was clean but there were carpets everywhere, even in the kitchen and it was not clear how clean they were. We have a toddler so she got into everything, everywhere. It seemed like the cleaning crew is not as attentive to floors or even under couches. There were spills near the trashcan that particularly attracted the ants and food dropped on the carpet in the kitchen had a lot of hair on it. The master bath was beautiful but it was also clear that the cleaning crew doesn't scrub the whole thing because the mildew buildup around the edge of the shower was pretty gross. The property manager was responsive when we texted about the ants thougg. We loved our stay and the location. The pool was nice but really cloudy and bc of rain it was too full so there was a lot of bugs. The skimmer had holes so we couldn't skim the pool.

Nice place
The place was very clean and nice. Plenty of space, stylish and 3?bathrooms was fabulous! The pool was great. We were allowed to fish off the dock. We had a view of the lighthouse. It was not the place I thought I was getting that was shown right next to Memorial Park(with view of playground). We ordered the linen package, there were plenty of towels but not enough pillow cases for all the pillows. We did not know the linens would not be on the beds. We had to make all the beds upon arriving while weary from a day of travel and carrying in the luggage. There was no staff interaction (except by text) because we were there on the weekend. I would stay here again.

Peaceful and quiet
Great to have a pool. Large bedrooms. Great location to kayak and walk on silent street. Furniture and carpet needs an upgrade but bathrooms were modern and cleaned

Great view of lighthouse
Staying at lighthouse estates was great. View of lighthouse, birds and pinies with binoculars. Had grandchildren so the pool was perfect when it was too windy on the beach or coming back from it. Close to memorial park and playground. Very quiet location.
